Welcome to Inspira Yoga!
We offer both 1-year & 3-week 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. The 1-year course is split between London and Spain. The 3-week intensive course takes place in Andalusia, Spain.
The trainings are led by renowned yoga teachers Mark Ansari and Raquel Salvador, with additional teaching support from Stephen Hall and Sarah Highfield, and special guest teachers including James French and Natalia Mank.
