Mark Ansari (Lead Teacher)Born in London, Mark is a registered E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher, he splits his time between UK, Spain, Thailand, India & Bali. He has been teaching yoga since 1995 and is recognised as one of the first Ashtanga yoga teachers to settle and teach regular classes in the UK, having studied directly with Ashtanga yoga founder Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. From 1996-2008, Mark spent 12 years as senior teacher at the prestigious Life Centre in west London. He now teaches on retreats, workshops and teacher training courses in worldwide destinations including UK, Spain, Thailand and India.

Raquel Salvador (Lead Teacher)
Raquel was born in Spain and moved to London in 1999 where she became interested in yoga and began practicing. Seeking to deepen her knowledge of yoga she undertook a 1-year teacher training course in 2007 in London, followed by further training in Mysore, India. She now teaches on retreats, workshops and teacher training courses in worldwide destinations including UK, Spain, Thailand and India.

Sarah Highfield (Assisting Teacher)Born in Hong Kong and currently living in London, Sarah has been practising Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2015. She teaches privately within London and in studios (Bodyism, Edge and Form Studios). Additionally, she works with the exclusive Helios Retreats, at special events and other brand collaborations.

James French (Guest Teacher)
James is a London-based international Tantric Yoga teacher, specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Chakra Yoga. James has a particular interest in the way that emotions and traumas are stored in the body and how we can release them to promote deeper well being and healing. He also incorporates the more subtle, energetic aspects of Tantra and Hatha Yoga as a route to healing and inner peace.

Hajnalka Wray (Guest Teacher)
South African born Hajnalka began her journey into the esoteric arts in 2007. Qualified to teach both Yoga and Tantra, she has accumulated over 1000 training hours since her yoga journey begun. Hajnalka founded Thula Yoga in London in 2013 with the ambition of bringing hard-to-find esoteric teachings to Western families who would otherwise find it impossible to access a high caliber of authentic tantra yoga teachings. She travels between London and Johannesburg to offer these life enhancing teachings. Her teaching style is warm, vibrant, attentive and captivating.
